Minerva Winslow

Minerva Winslow, also known as Bird Whisperer, is a hero dispatcher and part of the technology department at Harmonious Hero Organization. With her ability, she has eyes all around New Haven that report back to her.

Appearance

Minerva is taller than the average girl, about 5'10". Her height including her wings is around 6'0". She has long black hair with a side part and two pieces that frame her round face. Her skin is tan, and it helps that she loves being out in the sun. Their dark brown eyes look almost black, unless standing in direct sunlight, where the color shine. She has a scar on her left arm due to an accident with a large bird.

Her everyday outfit consists of a long, magenta dress that goes down to her ankles. It is accessorized with a brown belt with a circular silver buckle, their hero sigil carved into the middle of it. She pairs her outfit with black combat boots. Due to her hero position being off the field, she does not have a proper hero disguise.

She has two robin wings on her back, and two smaller robin wings in place of ears.

Her hero sigil is a little bird, and her status is silver.

Personality

Minerva exudes a joyous energy wherever she goes. They light up the room whenever they're in it. She tries her best to be nice and polite to everyone she meets, even if they have different views and values than her. On the job, they are a very focused worker. Her work is done diligently and punctually, always managing her time well.

Ability

Speak With Birds: Minerva can communicate with birds within an 75 mile radius. She understands what birds are thinking and can push thoughts and ideas into their mind if she tries hard enough.

Proximity: Minerva can only comfortably communicate with birds withi a 75 mile radius. If they push themself, they can reach up to 120 miles. Birds that are closer to her are louder in her head, and birds who are further away are quieter.

Headaches: Minerva gets constant headaches due to the birds' voices.

Ever-present Voices: Minerva can never turn their ability off. She always hears voices in her head, and there is little she can do to stop it or distract herself from it. They lose sleep over it.
