Minerva Winslow, also known as Bird Whisperer, is a hero dispatcher and part of the technology department of Harmonious Hero Organization. With her ability, she has eyes all around New Haven that report back to her.
Minerva is taller than the average girl, about 5'10". Her height with her wings is around 6'0". She has long black hair with a side part and two pieces that frame her round face. Her skin is slightly tan, due to being out in the sun and because she is Filipina. Her dark brown eyes look almost black, unless standing in direct sunlight, where the colors shine. She has a scar on her left arm due to an accident with a large bird.
Her everyday outfit consists of a long, magenta dress that goes down to her legs. It is accessorized with a brown belt with a circular silver buckle, her hero sigil carved into the middle of it. She pairs her outfit with black combat boots. Due to her hero position being off-field, she does not have a proper hero outfit.
She has two robin wings on her back, and two smaller robin wings in place of ears.
Her hero sigil is a little bird, and her status is silver.

She tries her best to be nice and polite to everyone she meets, even if talking to someone rude or a villain. On the job, she is a very focused worker. Her work is done diligently and punctually, always managing her time well.
Speak With Birds: Minerva can communicate with birds in the area through her mind. She understands what birds are thinking and can push thoughts and ideas into their mind if she tries hard enough. Of course, birds have free will, so they will not always listen to her.
Proximity: Minnie can only comfortably communicate with birds within a 50 mile radius. She can stretch her limits if she really tries, but it puts a lot of stress on her mentally.
Headaches: Minnie gets constant headaches due to the birds' voices
Ever-present Voices: Minnie can never turn her ability off. She always hears voices in her head, and there is little she can do to stop it or distract herself from it. She loses sleep from it.
